What we Do
3D point cloud scanning and Revit models
We provide a detailed and accurate digital representation of your built environment – We model your existing reality using High-definition laser scanners and then convert this into 3d Revit BIM information.
The laser scanning process creates a 3mm accurate point cloud of the refurbishment projects both the exterior and interior building envelope. This point cloud defines the accurate location of all the building elements which will then be represented in the 3d Revit model..
The 3d Modelling process then consverts the point cloud data into actionable BIM information depicted in a Revit model. The model will show the building geometry, builing elements and their individual structural relationships and the spatial relationship of all building and surrounding topography components.
Good detailed Revit based models are leading the digital transformation of the architecture, engineering and construction sectors and are the foundational element for sustainable cost efficient refurbishment projects.
